Conceived in 2011 by singer/guitarist Dave Wheeler, bassist Jim Wilson (both formerly of international touring act Carousel on TeePee Records), and drummer Panfilo Dicenzo, Pittsburgh hard rockers Outsideinside follow up their 2017 debut Sniff a Hot Rock (Machine Age Records) with Outsideinside II (Rock Freaks Records) in March 2020. The release comes after their 2019 European tour.
